Custom Beer Promotional Items Suppliers in China: 12 Names and What Each One Makes

Most lists of custom beer promotional items suppliers in China are platform pages. You get 400 factories, a price range from $0.01 to $9, and no way to tell which one fits your order. This list is different. It has twelve suppliers, sorted by what they actually make, with the public production numbers and the weak spot of each one.

Table of Contents

Two things to know before you read it.

First, this is not a paid ranking. Every company below is a real Chinese manufacturer or agent with public listings and verifiable registration. The capacity figures come from their own published profiles, checked in October 2026. I have not audited their floors, so treat the numbers as claims to test, not facts.

Second, the order is by category, not by quality. A glass factory cannot make your cooler bags. A bag factory cannot print your beer mats. Pick the row that matches your product, then check the two names in it.

Third, one of the twelve is us. BeerPromoPro appears at number seven, and that entry says so in its first line. Read it with that in mind, and read the others with the same scepticism.

What Should You Decide Before You Contact Anyone?

Three answers, written down, save you two weeks of emails.

What is the item actually made of? “Custom beer promotional items” covers glass, ceramic, zinc alloy, neoprene, acrylic and plastic. Each material has its own factory base, its own MOQ and its own failure mode. A brief that says “beer gift set” gets twelve quotes you cannot compare.

What is the order size per item? One thousand glass mugs and one thousand bottle openers are very different orders. Glass is heavy and ships by the container. Openers are light and often go by air. If you plan a mixed kit, you are placing five small orders, not one big one.

Who owns the artwork and the mould? Ask before you pay for samples. Some factories reuse a shared mould and bill it as new. Get it in writing that the tooling is yours, or at least exclusive to you for the campaign.

If you have never placed this kind of order, read the full sourcing process for beer promotional products first, then come back here for names.

Those three answers are what turn a long list of custom beer promotional items suppliers in China into a shortlist you can actually use. Without them, every quote looks different for reasons you cannot see.

Glassware Suppliers in China

Glass is the biggest spend in most beer campaigns, and the easiest to get wrong. Weight drives freight. Decoration drives cost more than the glass itself. Almost every list of custom beer promotional items suppliers in China starts with glass, and there is a reason for that.

1. Shanxi Linkbridge Glassware – Machine-Made Beer Glasses at Volume

Where: Qixian County, Shanxi. This county is China’s glassware capital, and most of the country’s pressed and blown drinking glasses come from here.

What they make: Beer mugs, steins, tumblers, tasting glasses and stemware. Both machine-made and hand-made lines.

Public numbers: More than ten production lines, exports to over fifty countries, fifteen years in glass. They list decal printing, colour spraying and logo engraving as in-house decoration.

Best for: A brewery that needs 5,000 to 50,000 identical glasses with a fired-on logo. Volume is their advantage.

Watch out for: Qixian is inland. Your goods truck to a port, usually Qingdao or Tianjin, before they sail. Add that leg to your landed cost, not just the FOB price. Ask for the carton dimensions and gross weight per carton early. Glass is a volume product, and a surprise here eats your margin.

2. Shanxi Midas Industrial – Glassware with a Third-Party Audit on File

Where: Also Qixian, Shanxi.

What they make: Handmade and machine-made glass: beer glasses, whisky tumblers, stemware, decanters and ice buckets. Decoration by decal, sandblasting and hand painting.

Public numbers: Their listing carries a TÜV Rheinland audit report, ID MIC-ASI249199, which you can check on the TÜV site yourself. That is one of the few claims in this category you can verify without a flight.

Best for: Buyers whose customer asks “who audited your factory?” before signing. The paper already exists.

Watch out for: An audit confirms a management system on a given day. It does not confirm your glass is annealed properly or that the rim is chip-free. Ask for the annealing report and a drop test on your own sample, and read how quality control works for promotional products before you approve the batch.

3. Fujian Dehua Fengjia Ceramics – Ceramic Beer Steins with Metal Lids

Where: Dehua, Fujian. One of China’s three porcelain centres, close to Xiamen port.

What they make: The classic 0.6 L German-style ceramic stein with a pewter or stainless lid, plus relief-moulded mugs and custom shapes. 3D printing in-house for prototypes.

Public numbers: Workshop over 5,000 m², MOQ 1,000 pieces per design per colour, sampling 7 to 12 days, mass production 35 to 60 days. A 0.6 L stein with a metal lid is listed around $5.90.

Best for: Oktoberfest campaigns, brewery taproom merchandise and gift sets where the stein is the hero item.

Watch out for: Ceramic is brittle and heavy. Breakage in transit is normal at 1 to 3 percent and someone pays for it. Agree in writing who covers breakage, and whether the carton is drop-tested. Ask for a master carton test, not a promise.

4. Xiamen Yoyo Ceramic – Food-Contact Paperwork as Standard

Where: Factory in Dehua, sales office in Xiamen.

What they make: Porcelain beer steins and mugs, plain or decorated, in the $0.75 to $2.85 range at 1,000 pieces.

Public numbers: Their listing names FDA, LFGB, SGS, CIQ and California Prop 65 as the certifications they routinely test to. Sample time 10 to 15 days, production about 45 days.

Best for: Sellers shipping to the EU or US retail, where a lead and cadmium test report is not optional. If your buyer asks for food-contact documents, start here rather than with the cheapest quote.

Watch out for: A certificate covers the glaze and decoration tested, not every colour you might order. If you change from a white glaze to a red one, the test does not carry over. Ask for the report on the exact finish you buy, and read the label on the report.

More on shapes and sizing: personalized beer steins, custom beer mugs and custom beer pitchers. If the campaign also needs a printed tumbler, the same glass base covers custom drink glasses with logo.

Metal and Bar Tool Suppliers in China

Small metal items are where the margin hides. An opener costs cents and lasts for years, which is exactly why breweries keep buying them.

5. Yangdong Xinyue Hardware – Openers Made Under Beer Brand Licence

Where: Yangdong town, Yangjiang, Guangdong. Yangjiang is China’s knife and hardware city.

What they make: Bottle openers, corkscrews, wine sets and multi-tools in zinc alloy and stainless steel. Over 250 opener designs in their catalogue.

Public numbers: Factory over 5,000 m², stated capacity 2.1 million pieces per month. Their profile says Carlsberg authorised them to produce openers and promotional gifts. That is a claim worth asking them to evidence, but it is a specific one.

Best for: Bar blade style openers, wall-mounted openers and giveaway keyring openers at 10,000 pieces and up.

Watch out for: Zinc alloy quality varies more than price suggests. Cheap zamak cracks at the pivot after a few hundred openings. Ask for a plating thickness figure and a salt spray test, and check ten units from the actual batch, not the sample.

6. Yangjiang Smart Wife Kitchenware – Big Capacity, Higher MOQ

Where: Yangjiang, Guangdong. Founded 1996.

What they make: Kitchen knives, kitchen tools and hardware, including zinc alloy bottle and can openers with laser-engraved logos.

Public numbers: Two factories, roughly 100,000 m² of floor space, over 1,000 workers, capacity above 30 million pieces a year. Opener MOQ is listed at 2,000 pieces, lead time 20 to 30 days, packed 200 per carton. They name Carrefour and Walmart as customers.

Best for: Large promotional programmes where you need a stable second source and can meet a 2,000 piece minimum per design.

Watch out for: A factory this size runs on schedule, not on flexibility. Your 2,000 piece order is small for them, so your delivery date may slip behind bigger clients in peak season. Book production slots early and put the ship date in the contract with a penalty clause.

Compare styles before you brief anyone: types of bottle opener. The same Yangjiang metal base also makes custom beer tap handles and decorative custom beer taps for draught accounts.

A Supplier for the Whole Kit, Not One Item

7. BeerPromoPro – Mixed Campaign Kits, Sourced and Assembled

Full disclosure: this is our own company, so read this entry with that in mind.

Where: Yiwu, Zhejiang, with a second office in Shantou, Guangdong.

What we do: We do not make anything. We take one campaign brief and coordinate the factories that do: glassware, bar mats, ice buckets, cooler bags, tap handles, POSM. Goods are consolidated, inspected and packed as one shipment.

Public numbers: Operating since 2012, team of 11 to 50, over 500 Amazon sellers and distributors served. We work on commission or a fixed fee, and we will tell you which one before you commit.

Best for: A brand running one campaign across five or six product types, with no staff in China. This is the case where a single coordinator beats five separate factory relationships.

Watch out for: We are not a stock distributor. If you need 200 pieces tomorrow from a warehouse, we are the wrong call. And a good agent should never hide how they earn. Ask any agent, us included, to put their fee structure in writing. If they will not, walk.

The honest comparison of routes is in how to find promotional product suppliers in China.

Display and POSM Suppliers in China

Display is the category where the design decides the price. A counter unit and a floor stand with LED are different projects.

8. Dongguan Huarui Display – Acrylic POSM and Faux Neon Signs

Where: Dongguan, Guangdong. Also trades as Very Display.

What they make: Acrylic display racks, bottle glorifiers, light boxes, faux neon signs with metal frames, LED logo blocks and bar signage.

Public numbers: Over 20 years in acrylic POS and LED signage, 51 to 100 staff, annual revenue stated at US$1 to 2.5 million. Their listings show a faux neon beer sign around $35 and a light-up ice bucket around $35.

Best for: Back-bar signage, counter displays and light-up logo pieces for a launch. Small enough to take a 50 to 200 piece order.

Watch out for: Anything with a plug or a battery brings compliance with it. A light box sold into the EU needs the right declaration and marking, and a battery unit needs shipping paperwork. Ask which certification the exact model carries, then read how to choose beer POSM before you approve artwork.

9. Shenzhen Colorful Display Products – Large Acrylic Displays for Brands

Where: Headquarters in Dongguan, branch in Shenzhen.

What they make: Acrylic and PVC displays, floor stands, LED light boxes, bottle and tobacco-alcohol display units, plus metal racks.

Public numbers: Plant over 3,000 m², more than 300 staff, ISO 9001, CTI audit report QIP-ASR252963. Their profile lists Heineken and Coca-Cola among brands they have supplied.

Best for: A retail activation that needs 200 or more identical floor units with consistent print and lighting.

Watch out for: Acrylic scratches in transit and shows every fingerprint in a bar. Ask how they pack, and whether each unit gets a protective film and an individual carton. A cheap unit that arrives scuffed costs more than a good one.

Related: custom beer POSM, custom retail displays and POSM signage, custom brewery signs. The same acrylic and print suppliers also cut custom table tents and custom bar mats for the bar top.

Soft Goods and Textile Suppliers in China

Cooler sleeves and bags are the cheapest way to put a logo in someone’s hand. They are also the category with the widest quality gap.

10. Quanzhou Maxtop Bags – Neoprene Sleeves with Retail Audits

Where: Quanzhou, Fujian. The centre of China’s bag and soft goods export trade.

What they make: Neoprene can coolers, bottle sleeves, stubby holders and cooler bags, printed by silk screen, heat transfer or sublimation.

Public numbers: 16 years trading, around 250 staff, stated output 250,000 to 300,000 pieces a month, samples in 3 to 7 days. They list BSCI, Sedex, Disney and NBCU audits, and SGS, EN 71 and REACH compliance.

Best for: A retail or licensed programme where the buyer’s compliance team wants a social audit before the first PO.

Watch out for: Neoprene thickness is the number that decides whether the sleeve works. 3 mm is standard, 5 mm holds cold longer and costs more. State the thickness in millimetres in your PO. “Good quality neoprene” is not a specification.

11. Dongguan Prosperity Sports Goods – Cooler Bags at Low Unit Cost

Where: Dongguan, Guangdong.

What they make: Neoprene single and multi-bottle cooler bags, can coolers, wine totes. Printing by silk screen, heat transfer, offset or sublimation.

Public numbers: MOQ 2,000 pieces, unit price $0.35 to $2.50, sample in 2 to 3 days, production in 21 to 25 days, 100 pieces per carton, HS code 6307900090. They hold an audited supplier badge and state more than 50 percent repeat buyers.

Best for: Festival giveaways and on-pack promotions at 5,000 to 50,000 pieces where unit cost is the deciding factor.

Watch out for: At $0.35 you are buying a thin sleeve with a basic print. Send your artwork as a real file and ask for a printed sample, because a four-colour logo on neoprene loses detail. Check the zip and the stitching too, since those fail before the fabric does.

More on this category: custom cooler bags. On the table side, the same print houses make custom drink coasters and custom serving trays.

Plastic Cup and Disposable Suppliers in China

12. Yongkang ZhuoTong – Printed Plastic Cups in Small Runs

Where: Yongkang, Zhejiang. A hardware and plastics cluster south of Hangzhou.

What they make: Clear PP and PET cups, printed or unprinted, in beer, pint and tasting sizes.

Public numbers: A custom printed 14 oz clear cup is listed at $1.50 to $2.00 at 1,000 pieces. That is high for plastic, and it buys you a short run with your own print rather than a stock cup.

Best for: Sampling rounds, test markets and events where you need 1,000 printed cups fast and cannot meet a 100,000 piece minimum.

Watch out for: Plastic cups are the most regulated item on this list. EPS cups are banned from the EU market, and reusable plastic cups sold in the EU need specific marking. If your market is Europe, confirm the material and the marking before you print anything. The wider price spread in this category is covered in custom bar serving supplies.

How Do You Check Any Name on This List?

Four checks, all doable from your desk, in about a day.

One: match the business licence to the name. Every Chinese company has an 18-digit unified social credit code. Ask for the licence and check the code, the registered address and the scope of business. A factory that cannot send a licence is not a factory.

Two: ask for a video of the actual line. Try a specific request: “film our PO number next to the machine running our colour”. A factory answers fast. A trading company delays. The delay is the answer.

Three: compare samples blind. Send the same brief to three names and remove the labels before you judge. Score them on the same five points: material, print, weight, packing and whether it matches the drawing.

Four: price the whole shipment, not the unit. Add the inland leg, the carton volume, the freight and the duty. A supplier $0.10 cheaper per unit can lose on a bad carton.

The full question set is in questions to ask promotional product suppliers. For minimums by category, see MOQ on custom promotional products. For timing, see lead times for custom promotional products.

What Do These Suppliers Cost, and How Long Do They Take?

Rough guide only, for what custom beer promotional items suppliers in China charge by category. Prices move with material, order size and season, and none of these figures is a quote.

CategoryTypical MOQUnit price guide (FOB)Production time
Glass beer mugs3,000–10,000$0.60–$3.0025–45 days
Ceramic steins with lid1,000$2.00–$6.0035–60 days
Zinc alloy openers2,000$0.10–$0.7520–30 days
Acrylic POSM unit50–500$15–$8015–25 days
Neoprene cooler sleeve1,000–2,000$0.30–$1.2021–30 days
Printed plastic cup1,000$0.08–$2.0015–25 days

Three patterns sit behind that table.

Glass and ceramic are slow and heavy. They carry the longest production time and the highest freight per unit. Order them first and let the light items follow.

Openers and sleeves are fast and light. They can often go by air if you are late. That makes them the items you keep flexible when a campaign date moves.

Acrylic POSM is fast but design-bound. Most of the calendar goes into artwork approval, not production. Every round of changes adds days, so approve the drawing once and freeze it.

On payment, expect 30 percent deposit and 70 percent against the bill of lading copy. That is the norm. Release the balance only after you see the inspection report. If a supplier asks for full payment up front on a first order, that is a red flag. Read importing bar supplies from China for the shipping and customs side.

Which Supplier Should You Pick?

Match the job, not the price.

One item, one big run, you know the spec: go direct to the factory in that category. Entry 1, 2, 5 or 6 will do the work.

One item, retail compliance needed: start with a supplier who already holds the audit and the food-contact report. Entry 3, 4 or 10.

A full campaign across four or more categories: use a coordinator. The cost of five factory relationships, five deposits, five inspections and five shipments is usually higher than one agent fee, and it is certainly slower.

A test order under 1,000 pieces: expect to pay a premium, and expect some factories to decline. Entry 12 and entry 8 are built for that size.

Most beer campaigns also need at least one serving piece. The custom barware buying guide covers materials and finishes. Custom beer ice buckets is the page for the largest item in most kits, and custom napkin holders covers the tabletop.

Still choosing between a factory and a trading company? The China bar wholesale markets guide explains where each one sits. Branded promotional items covers which categories a beer brand should actually buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these the biggest custom beer promotional items suppliers in China?

No. The biggest promotional groups are far larger than any name here and mostly serve retail chains rather than beer brands. This list favours suppliers who will take a beer campaign order of 1,000 to 50,000 pieces and who publish enough detail to be checked.

Can I order from several of these suppliers and ship together?

Yes, and it usually saves money. Goods go to one consolidation warehouse, get checked, then load as a single container. The catch is timing: the slowest item sets the ship date. Tell every supplier the consolidation date from day one.

Is a trading company worse than a factory?

Not automatically. A good trading company holds several factories, handles export paperwork and takes the risk on quality. A bad one adds 20 percent and hides which factory made your goods. The test is the same for both: can they show you the line, and can they name the factory.

What is a normal MOQ for custom beer promotional items?

Between 1,000 and 3,000 pieces per design for most items. Glass and ceramic run higher, acrylic and printed plastic can run lower. Stock colours and stock shapes lower the number; a new mould raises it.

How do I protect my artwork?

Register the design where you sell, put an NDA in place before you send files, and state in the PO that the tooling is yours. Then keep your own record of the approved sample, sealed and dated. That sealed sample is your only real defence in a quality dispute.

What if the sample is perfect and the bulk order is not?

That is the most common failure in this category, and it is almost always a process problem, not a bad factory. Fix it with a signed golden sample, an agreed inspection checklist and a pre-shipment inspection before the balance is paid. Do not rely on photos.

Get a Shortlist for Your Own Campaign

You now have twelve names across six categories. A shortlist of custom beer promotional items suppliers in China is only useful if the quotes can be compared. The next step is not another search. It is a brief.

Write one page: the items, the quantity per item, the artwork status, the destination country and the date the goods must land. Send it to two or three of the custom beer promotional items suppliers in China listed above, in the category that matches your product. Send the same page to everyone, so the quotes compare.

If your campaign spans several categories, or you have no one in China to chase six factories, tell us what the campaign needs. We will tell you which items to buy direct, which to consolidate, and what the realistic ship date is. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
