Choose the Right Custom Promotional Fridge for Your Program
A fridge is an electrical appliance before it is a billboard. Compare capacity, climate class, voltage, noise, door swing and crate volume — because crate volume, not unit price, decides what your program actually costs delivered.

Back-Bar Glass Door Coolers
The standard on-premise unit: 130 to 400 liter gross capacity, 0 to 10 °C cabinet range, two to four adjustable shelves, R600a or R134a refrigerant, 175 W class input power and around 55 dBA at one meter. Glass doors sell the beer; the trade-off is higher heat load than a solid door. Ask how many 330 ml cans it holds loaded.

Countertop & Tabletop Coolers
Small 30 to 60 liter units for counters, hotel rooms and tasting tables. Thermoelectric versions cool roughly 15 to 20 °C below ambient with no compressor, so they fail in a hot bar; compressor versions hold a set temperature regardless of the room. Thermoelectric units also run quieter and weigh far less. Confirm which you are buying.

Under-Counter & Bottle Coolers
Solid or glass door units from 100 to 200 liter that sit under a bar or in a server aisle. Solid doors cut heat load and energy use; glass doors keep product visible. Check door swing clearance and whether the hinge is reversible before you specify the install position. Most units are 850 to 900 mm high to fit a standard under-counter opening.

Upright Display Chillers
Single, double and triple door units from 300 to 900 liter for grocery, convenience and self-serve areas. Vertical LED strips down the door frame plus an illuminated header panel carry the brand from across the aisle. These units need leveling feet and a dedicated circuit. Ask for energy draw in kWh per 24 hours at your climate class, not at laboratory ambient.

Outdoor & Terrace Beverage Coolers
Built for beer gardens, terraces and pavement service where an indoor-rated cabinet fails. Specify a climate class T rating (16 to 43 °C ambient), an IPX4-rated electrical enclosure, a lockable door and a drain for condensation. Indoor units are the wrong machine outdoors. Get the IP rating of the electrical enclosure in writing, because a sealed cabinet with an unsealed terminal box still fails.

Illuminated Header & Branding Retrofit Kits
For existing cabinets you already own: an LED lightbox header panel around 4000 to 6500 K, a cut vinyl wrap or full door decal, and interior LED strips. Retrofit avoids shipping an appliance and lands in a flat carton instead of a crate. It is also the cheapest way to rebrand a leased cabinet you have to hand back.
TAG
Branding and Customization
Branding an appliance means branding it before it is crated, not after it is installed. We review the cabinet model and the artwork together before sampling.
Illuminated Header Panel
A backlit acrylic header panel sits above the door and carries the logo at eye level. LED strips are rated in the tens of thousands of hours and run on a low-voltage driver. Ask for the color temperature — 6500 K reads cold and crisp, 3000 K warm.
Door & Cabinet Vinyl Wrap
Cast vinyl wraps the door frame, sides or full cabinet with full-color artwork at 100 to 150 dpi at final size. Vinyl is replaceable at end of campaign, which is why wrapped units resell and rebrand better than direct-printed ones.
Interior LED Lighting & Color Temperature
Interior lighting is what sells the product after dark. White LEDs around 6000 K show liquid clearly; amber washes flatter beer but distort label colors. Dimmable drivers let a venue tune brightness for service; confirm the driver is dimmer-compatible before ordering.
Door Configuration & Shelving
Choose glass or solid, single or double, self-closing or hold-open, reversible hinge and shelf count. Shelf spacing has to match your can and bottle heights, or a third of your facings will not fit, and self-closing doors are required by some retail chains.
Plug, Voltage & Market Configuration
Units are supplied to your market: 110–120 V / 60 Hz or 220–240 V / 50 Hz, with the matching plug and cord. Power supply and compliance documentation are available on request. Confirm voltage at order, not after production, because a finished cabinet ships as built.
Check the Power and the Room Before the Logo
Every fridge failure we see is electrical or physical. What is the ambient temperature where the unit will stand? Climate classes run N (16 to 32 °C), ST (16 to 38 °C) and T (16 to 43 °C); a unit rated at 32 °C ambient loses temperature in a 38 °C back bar behind a bank of glass doors. Indoor-rated cabinets have no water protection and no drain; IPX4 is the minimum for a terrace. How much clearance is behind it? Compressor units need rear ventilation or they run hot. What is the noise limit? A 55 dBA cabinet is fine behind a bar and wrong in a hotel room. A loaded 400 liter unit weighs well over 100 kg and wants its own socket.
How to Specify a Fridge Program That Quotes Cleanly
Send the cabinet type and liter capacity, glass or solid door, quantity, artwork or a reference render, voltage and plug type, destination port and whether you need spare parts. Unit price moves with capacity, compressor or thermoelectric cooling, climate class, glass or solid door, LED spec, branding method and quantity — and custom cabinet colors add cost that a stock cabinet with a wrap does not. Freight is the other half of the number: appliances are air, so crate volume decides everything, and a 40 ft high-cube container takes roughly 60 to 90 boxed back-bar units depending on size. Plan backward from the install date: about seven days for a sample or a lit header sample panel, twenty-five to thirty-five days for bulk, then ocean freight, customs and last-mile delivery with a lift-gate truck.
Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Promotional Fridges
Stock cabinet programs with custom branding generally start from 50 to 100 units per model. Custom tooling, bespoke cabinet color or a new header mold raises the minimum. A mixed container can combine two cabinet models to reach the container minimum. Spare-part kits are packed per order, not per unit.
Typical projects fall between USD 120 and 900 per unit. Capacity, cooling system, climate class, glass or solid door, LED specification and branding method all move the number, before freight. Ask for the crate volume at the same time as the unit price, which is quoted separately.
Yes. Sampling takes approximately seven days for a branded panel or wrap; a complete sample cabinet ships by air at your cost. Run the sample in your own space and measure cabinet temperature with your own probe rather than the display, logged over a full service.
We supply 110–120 V / 60 Hz or 220–240 V / 50 Hz with the matching plug and cord for your market. Power supply and compliance documentation are available on request. Confirm the voltage before production starts, because a finished cabinet cannot be rewired at the destination.
Only if the climate class matches the room. A unit rated for 32 °C ambient struggles behind glass in a bar that reaches 38 °C; specify climate class ST or T and keep rear ventilation clear. Tell us your peak ambient and we will match it.
Sampling takes about seven days and bulk production twenty-five to thirty-five days. We ship from China to Europe, Latin America, the UK, Australia and Japan by sea, with spare-part kits packed in the same container. Give us the install date and we will plan backward from it.
