Who We Supply

Most of our orders come from promotional products distributors and agencies. You run the campaign. You own the client. We do the production — and stay invisible.

Promotional distributors & agencies

You need a factory in China that will not go around you. That is the whole job.

Brewery & beverage brand teams

Taproom, on-premise and retail programmes, from 500 pcs to full event kits.

Importers & wholesalers

Stock shapes with your logo, or new tooling for a programme you will repeat.

Event & festival operators

Tents, flags, beach mats and outdoor furniture that survive a full season.

What We Manufacture

Every branded item a beer brand buys falls into one of three families. The family tells you who ends up with it — and how long it has to last.

Six Ways to Put Your Brand On It

The right logo method depends on the artwork, the material, the cleaning routine and the order volume. We review all four before sampling.

Screen printing

Bold spot colour on flat and curved surfaces. Most durable for volume.

Pad printing

Small or uneven areas where a screen will not sit flat.

Laser etching

Metal and glass. No ink to fade, no colour limit to worry about.

Full-colour digital

Gradients, photography and fine text. Needs the right surface.

Moulded PVC relief

Raised or recessed logo built into the mat itself.

Wrap-around print

Seamless artwork on soft-sided coolers and buckets.

Why Distributors Keep Coming Back

Four reasons, each one with something that actually happened behind it.

We never compete for your client

White-label only. We do not contact your brand clients, ever. NDA available on request.

We match brand colours without their physical samples

Heineken uses a proprietary colour system and would not send swatches to China. We sourced authentic brand items already on the Chinese market as physical references, then ran multiple sampling rounds until the shade was right.

We hit the date

A competitor undercut us on a glass mug order in 2025. They shipped two months late — halfway through the summer campaign. That client is still with us. We build buffer into every timeline.

We tell you when a cheaper option will fail

Our client's original outdoor sets used wooden frames. We recommended aluminium: lighter, corrosion-resistant, better for Brazil's climate. That order became a three-year partnership.

From Brief to Delivery in Four Steps

One contact from start to finish. No back-and-forth, no chasing.

1. Send Brief

Artwork, quantity, target date, destination.

2. Get Sample

Physical sample in about 7 days. Colour and print approved on the real item.

3. Mass Production

25–35 days, with in-line checks and a pre-shipment inspection.

4. Global Shipping

DDP to the US, consolidated containers to EU and Latin American ports.

Real Programs, Real Numbers

Heineken Case Study (1)

Heineken Brazil — 4,000 outdoor sets

Buenos Aires distributor. Wooden frames switched to aluminium. 2 months production, 60 days shipping. Repeat orders every year since 2023.

Miller Case Study -1

Miller US — 50,000 tin ice buckets

New York agency. New mould developed before production. 4 months total, 26 days DDP to their door. Not the cheapest quote we lost — the one that shipped on time.

Questions Distributors Ask Before the First Order

Eight real questions. If yours is not here, send it — you will get a straight answer.

Most custom items start from 500 pcs per design. The real minimum depends on the base product, material, logo process, tooling and packaging — and those are five separate numbers. Send your artwork and forecast and we will tell you which one is actually limiting your order.

Yes. We have matched proprietary brand colour systems without receiving physical swatches, using reference items sourced in China plus multiple sampling rounds. Tolerance is agreed on an approved physical sample before bulk production.

About 7 days for a sample, 25–35 days for bulk. New moulds, complex artwork, several colourways, peak season and shipping route all affect it. We confirm the date in writing before you commit.

No. We work white-label only and never contact your accounts. NDA available on request.

We coordinate testing for your destination market — LFGB and FDA food-contact for glassware and drinkware, California Prop 65 where it applies. We tell you what is realistic for the product rather than promising everything.

Yes. DDP to the US, consolidated containers to EU and Latin American ports. Euro pricing available. Air and courier for tight deadlines at higher cost.

Yes. We consolidate multiple items and multiple suppliers into one container, which is usually how festival and multi-venue programmes ship.

Work back from the event date. Sampling plus production plus freight is typically 3–4 months for a new item, less for a repeat of an existing one. Missing a festival window by two weeks means the stock sits for eleven months.
