OUR PRODUCT

Choose the Right Custom Promotional Chair for Your Program

Furniture is chosen for duty cycle and storage, not the photograph. Compare load rating, stack height, how many nights a week it stands outdoors, whether staff move it daily, and the cube a container of it will occupy.

Stackable Polypropylene Promotional Chairs

UV-stabilized, fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene is the workhorse for taprooms and beer gardens. A one-piece shell drains through the seat and stacks eight to twelve high; a stack of ten stands roughly 180 to 200 cm, so measure your storeroom ceiling before you order. Light shells blow over on exposed terraces. Rated loads run 120 to 150 kg — ask which standard the number was tested to.

aluminum wicker chairs

Aluminum and Rattan-Look Wicker Chairs

Powder-coated aluminum frames with PE wicker or textilene slings give the beer garden look without the upkeep of natural rattan. Aluminum holds chair weight near 4 to 5 kg, so one staff member resets a terrace fast. Cheap wicker goes brittle after about three summers of direct sun. Standard seat height is 45 to 47 cm.

Folding Chairs for Events and Festivals

The format for pop-up tasting zones and event activations. A steel-frame folding chair folds to roughly 8 to 10 cm thick and travels on a trolley, which beats a stacking chair when the venue has no storage at all. Padded seats add a fabric that holds water — leave the padding off outdoors. Rated loads run 100 to 120 kg on a 1.0 to 1.2 mm steel tube.

Beer Garden Tables — Round, Square and Kidney Folding Tables

Beer garden tables run 60 to 80 cm round for two to four people and 110 to 120 cm round for six, and the folding kidney table is the shape that lets guests sit along the concave side. Tops come in wood slat, aluminum slat or HDPE. Confirm the umbrella hole: 38 mm, 48 mm or 51 mm, matched to your pole with a reducer ring.

Custom Promotional Chairs & Tables

Bar Stools and High-Top Tables

Bar-height seating for tasting bars, standing terraces and festival decks. Seat heights run 65 cm for counter and 75 to 80 cm for bar, with a footring roughly 20 cm off the floor. A high-top with a 60 to 70 cm top and a 38 mm pole takes a 2.0 m umbrella straight through the center.

Complete Branded Furniture Sets

One table, four chairs and an umbrella specified, packed and shipped as a single SKU — the format distributor outlet programs use when hundreds of venues need the same kit. Sets are quoted by cube: a table plus four nested chairs packs near 0.35 to 0.45 CBM before the umbrella carton. Buy the set, not three separate orders.

TAG

Branding and Customization

Furniture branding has to survive sun, rain, dragging across paving and a stack of chairs grinding against each other. We review the frame, the contact surfaces and the artwork together before sampling so the mark lands where a seated guest actually sees it.

Screen and Pad Printing on Seats and Backs

The default for bold brewery marks on polypropylene shells and table aprons. Screen print handles flat seat backs and apron panels; pad print reaches a curved shell. One- and two-color artwork keeps setup low, and each added color adds a screen, a pass and a registration risk.

UV and Digitally Printed Seat Panels and Table Tops

Use when the artwork carries gradients, fine type or photography. A printed panel is laminated into the seat shell or beneath a clear table surface instead of sitting on top, so it does not scuff away when chairs are stacked. Approve a physical proof on the real material, never only on screen.

Laser Engraving and Etched Plates

Engraving cuts into wood slats, bamboo and table tops; an etched or printed aluminum plate rivets to a frame rail. Both are permanent and both are single-tone, with no brand color. Plates stand proud of the surface, so place them where a hand or a stacked chair will not catch them.

Woven-In and Jacquard Logos

For PE wicker, textilene slings and seat pads the logo is woven into the material during production rather than applied afterward, so it cannot peel or fade off. Minimum artwork scale is coarse: fine type and thin strokes disappear at weave resolution, so simplify the mark first.

Powder-Coat Color Matching and Frame Branding

Frames are matched to a Pantone reference and finished in powder coat at roughly 60 to 80 microns of film. Powder coat chips where a chair is dragged and exposes bare metal underneath; anodizing converts the surface instead of coating it and has no film to chip, but its color range is narrow.

Decide the Duty Rating Before the Design

Most furniture failure is structural, not visual. Indoors or out? Outdoor non-domestic seating is tested to EN 581, while EN 16139 covers indoor non-domestic seating and is graded L1 to L3 — a chair that passes L1 can fail L3 on the same rig, so specify the level, not the word contract. How heavy is the traffic? General contract level seats are tested near 1,600 N static load and 100,000 fatigue cycles; severe level steps to 2,000 N and 200,000 cycles, and North American buyers cite ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 instead. Where is it stored? Polypropylene stacks eight to twelve high, aluminum six to ten, steel six to eight, and an overloaded stack cracks the bottom seat. Does it stand on grass or paving, does your team move it daily, and is your umbrella pole 38, 48 or 51 mm?

How to Specify a Furniture Order That Quotes Cleanly

Buyers who get fast quotes send six things every time: item and finish, quantity per SKU, whether goods ship nested, flat-packed or assembled, artwork or a reference image, the load standard they must meet, and destination port. What moves unit price most is frame material and tube wall thickness, seat material, powder-coat color, logo method, and whether a shape needs new tooling or a mold. Freight is a separate calculation: chairs are bulky, a four-chair carton runs roughly 0.20 to 0.30 CBM, and shipping can cost more than the molding. Splitting one run across five artwork versions costs more per unit than doubling one version. Plan backward from the opening date — seven days for a sample, twenty-five to thirty-five days for bulk, then ocean freight.

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Promotional Chairs

Most chair programs start from 200 to 300 pieces per model and 100 to 200 pieces for tables. New tooling, custom molds and multi-color artwork raise the minimum. Stock frames with decoration only can run below standard MOQ.

Typical projects run USD 12 to 45 per chair and USD 35 to 160 per table depending on material and frame gauge. Sets price lower per piece than the same items bought separately. We show you which line of the spec drives the number.

Yes. Sampling takes about seven days. Sit in the sample, stack it the way your staff will stack it, leave it outside overnight and drag it across your own paving before you approve a production run of any size.

Rinse with water and a mild detergent and dry before stacking, because trapped moisture mildews pads and wicker. Store indoors or under cover in winter. Re-torque frame bolts each spring — daily dragging vibrates them loose.

EN 16139 covers non-domestic seating for indoor use at levels L1 to L3. Outdoor non-domestic seating and tables fall under EN 581, and North American projects usually cite ANSI/BIFMA X5.1. Ask for the level, and request the test report with the order.

Sampling takes about seven days and bulk production twenty-five to thirty-five days. We ship from China to Europe, the Americas, the UK, Australia and Japan by sea, air or rail, and consolidate furniture with mixed POSM in one container.
