Machine-Made Glass Pitchers
The classic bar look and the best print surface. Clear soda-lime glass, 1–2 L. It never clouds and never holds odour — but it breaks, and a break on a full floor is a service stoppage, not a cleanup.
Tempered and Nucleated Glass Pitchers
Fully tempered glass resists impact and thermal shock, and breaks into blunt pieces if it fails. A nucleated base keeps bubbles rising, so the beer does not go flat while the pitcher sits on the table.
SAN Plastic Pitchers
BPA-free, rigid and glass-clear. The longest dishwasher life of the clear plastics, with good scratch resistance. The default for high-turnover indoor service.
Polycarbonate Pitchers
The hardest to break, which is why glass-free venues specify it. Contains BPA unless a BPA-free grade is agreed, and it crazes fastest under repeated hot washing.
PS and PP Campaign Pitchers
The lowest unit cost, built for one campaign rather than years of service. Lightweight, printable, and available in custom colours from low minimums.
Stackable Pitchers
A straight wall and a recessed handle that nests into the next one. Takes a real amount out of carton volume and shelf space — but it has to be designed into the tooling from the start.
Ice-Tube and Chilling Pitchers
A sealed ice chamber or double wall keeps beer cold through long outdoor service without diluting it. Specified for beer gardens, terraces and summer activations.

Logo Methods That Survive the Machine
How long your logo lasts depends on how the mark is fired onto the surface, not on how good the artwork is. Get this wrong and the whole shipment looks fine on day one and faded within a month.
High-Fired Ceramic Decal
Fired at high temperature so the colour fuses into the glass. This is the only route we recommend for pitchers that go through a commercial dishwasher daily. Multiple Pantone colours available.
Low-Temperature Screen Print
Cured in a low-fire oven. The lowest cost and the richest colour, and the right answer for short-life campaign pitchers or hand-wash service. Not rated for repeated commercial machine washing — we will say so before you order, not after.
Laser Etching and Sandblasting
Cut into glass or metal, so there is no ink to lose. Single-tone. This is also how nucleation is cut into a base and how permanent fill lines are marked.
UV and Full-Colour Printing
For gradients, photography and fine detail that screen printing cannot hold. Best on plastic bodies, away from the lip, with a protective clear layer where the cleaning routine allows it.
Molded-Embossed and In-Mold Labels

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Beer Pitchers
Size to your average group. A 60 oz pitcher covers roughly five 12 oz serves; with a proper head it delivers closer to four. Groups of six mean two pitchers per table. Tell us the group size and we size to it.
From 200 pcs for a stock plastic shape with your logo, 500 pcs for custom colour or machine-made glass, 1,000 pcs for new tooling. Lower quantities on undecorated stock blanks — ask us.
Typically USD 2–15 per pitcher: PS and PP 2–4, machine-made glass 2–6, SAN and polycarbonate 3–9, tempered and nucleated glass 4–9, double-wall stainless 10–25. Volume, print method and packing move all of these.
Depends on the venue, not the look. Glass has the best clarity and print surface but breaks and must fit your rack. SAN survives far more wash cycles; polycarbonate takes impact better and is often the only permitted option in glass-free venues. Give us your cycle count and temperature.
Only if it is fired correctly. A high-fired ceramic decal fuses into the glass and is dishwasher safe. A standard low-temperature screen print is not built for repeated commercial machine washing — it is a hand-wash or short-life campaign finish. We will tell you which applies to your spec before you order.
If the pitcher serves a stated volume in the EU, UK or Switzerland, yes — it is a capacity serving measure and needs the conformity and M marking with a capacity from the legal list. In Germany every commercial vessel needs a volume marking plus a manufacturer identifier. We build the marking into the tooling and flag it if your market requires it.
Send PMS references and we produce a physical colour sample for approval. Glass, glaze and each resin take colour differently, so we agree a tolerance in writing up front.
